LES COURS MONT-ROYAL
Ce projet commercial qui s’étend sur les dix étages de la tour résidentielle est situé en plein cœur du centre-ville de Montréal. Initialement conçu comme un hôtel de luxe, l’immeuble a été transformé en un heureux mélange regroupant un centre commercial avec ses élégantes boutiques juxtaposées à une section résidentielle de prestige. Le projet en cours comprend la rénovation des espaces communs pour l’ensemble des dix étages. À noter, l’édifice construit en 1922 fait partie du patrimoine architectural – Projet Héritage Montréal.
This commercial project, which extends over the ten floors of the residential tower, is located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Initially designed as a luxury hotel, the building has been transformed into a happy mix of a shopping center with its elegant boutiques juxtaposed with a prestigious residential section. The current project includes the renovation of common areas for all ten floors. Note, the building built in 1922 is part of the architectural heritage – Montreal Heritage Project.
